Prepare for your session
 

The following video and the guide book that you will receive describe the process of reconnecting with yourself. We connect remotely, through Zoom, from anywhere in the world. Your session will be recorded and optimized to ensure a good audio quality. All you need is to create an intention and a list of questions, have a strong internet connection, a computer, headphones with a microphone attached (as you may whisper during the session), and send me your questions latest 24 hours before your session.

Standard O.I. Session Structure

A session is around 4 hours long, for 14 questions and consists of:
Pre-talk (~60 min) - we discuss your questions and key aspects of your life.
Consciousness Exploration (~120 min) - Your Subconscious, Soul & Higher Self answer your questions.
Debriefing (~15 min) - we review your experience.

Mini O.I. Session

A session is around 2 hours long, for 5 questions and consists of:
Pre-talk (~20 min)
Consciousness Exploration (~90 min)
Debriefing (~10 min)
